Why do I need an Aardvark Internet Login Account? |

If you want to use any of the Aardvark Internet Tools on your own web site you will need an Aardvark Internet Login Account. This account lets you select the username & password which will be used to make sure only you can edit the settings in each of the Aardvark Internet Tools you use. |

How do I signup for an Aardvark Internet Login Account? |
| A: | Click the account manager link at the top of this page where you will find a link to the signup form. Fill in the form and submit, then you'll be sent an e-mail with simple instructions on activating your account and signing up for the various Aardvark Internet Tools. |

Do I need a new username & password for every tool? |
| A: |
No. The Aardvark Internet system is designed so you only need a single username & password for logging into virtually all the tools both current and future. In most cases you can also have multiple copies of each tool under the one account, eg: you could have 5 different mailing lists and 3 postcard sets, but still only need one username & password to administer them all. |

Can you tell me what my password is? |
| A: | For your security, all passwords are encrypted therefore we can not tell you what the password is. If you have lost your password, click on the account manager link at the top of this page and choose the "Lost Password" option. |

I gave the wrong e-mail address on signup |
| A: |
If you entered an incorrect e-mail address when signing up for an account you won't be able to activate and therefore use the account. You can create an account with a different username and the correct e-mail address or wait a couple of days as non-activated accounts are automatically deleted, then you will be able to use your original choice of username. |
